Serbia to offer 45 investment projects to Russia

Chamber of Commerce (PKS) President Miloš Bugarin has announced that Serbia would present new investment opportunities at an investment conference in Moscow.

MOSCOW Chamber of Commerce (PKS) President Milos Bugarin has announced that Serbia would present new investment opportunities at an investment conference in Moscow. The gathering is planned for March or April next year. Serbia to offer 45 investment projects to Russia "We have prepared around 45 projects which we will offer to potential Russian investors and I hope the investment conference, which will cover almost all branches of the economy, will stir up a lot of interest among Russian businessmen," Bugarin told Tanjug after the Thursday meeting of the Russian-Serbian intergovernmental cooperation committee. Bugarin also said the 11th committee meeting was efficient and constructive and had done exactly what was expected by encouraging of economic activity in both countries. In addition to the energy sector, the committee discussed agribusiness, which is Serbia's biggest chance at reducing its trade deficit with Russia, said Bugarin. Bugarin was a member of the Serbian delegation headed by Minister of Natural Resources, Mining and Spatial Planning Milan Bacevic, while the Russian delegation was headed by Energy Minist Milos Bugarin (Beta) Tanjug
