ARANDjELOVAC B92 Fund representatives delivered two new baby incubators to General Hospital in the central Serbian town of Arandjelovac on Saturday. The funds for the purchase of the new equipment were provided directly by the B92 Fund as a part of the Battle for Babies campaign. B92 Fund donates two incubators to central town The new incubators were delivered by B92 Fund’s Board of Directors President Veran Matic. “Today’s donation represents another small victory since we have fulfilled the needs of this institution for new incubators. However, we still have a lot of work to do in order to secure all other necessary equipment for the Arandjelovac hospital and funds for reconstruction and air-conditioning in maternity ward rooms,” Matic said on Saturday. Arandjelovac’s General Hospital still needs a transport incubator, reanimation tables, birthing tables, respirators, CTGs and dry sterilizers. The hospital also needs renovation and remodeling of walls, bathrooms and installations. Matic called on companies in the town and the local self-government to join the campaign and help solve the problems of the maternity ward in Arandjelovac. Arandjelovac Health Center Director Cvetko Jelicic and General Hospital Director Milica Perisic were present during the delivery of the new incubators. They thanked the B92 Fund for everything it had done in the Battle for Babies campaign and wished it success and luck in the continuation of the campaign, dubbed Battle for Maternity Wards.
