Serbian currency strengthens by 0.5 percent
The Serbian dinar continued its rise against the euro on Wednesday, increasing in value by 0.5 percent or RSD 0.59, the National Bank of Serbia has released.

BELGRADE The Serbian dinar continued its rise against the euro on Wednesday, increasing in value by 0.5 percent or RSD 0.59, the National Bank of Serbia has released. The official middle exchange rate today is RSD 113.2836 for one euro. Serbian currency strengthens by 0.5 percent The Serbian currency is now 1.5 percent stronger against the euro compared to a month ago and it is down by 11.3 percent compared to a year ago. According to the NBS, the dinar hit its lowest value against the euro on August 9, RSD 119.0723 for one euro, and the strongest on January 11, when one unit of the hard currency was worth RSD 103.6922. The indicative dinar-versus-dollar exchange rate is now 87.3832 and it is up by 1.1 percent compared to the Tuesday rate. The indicative dinar-versus-dollar exchange rate is now 87.3832 and it is up by 1.1 percent compared to the Tuesday rate.
Compared to a month ago, the dinar is by 1.8 percent stronger against the dollar. Year-on-year, it weakened by 17.8 percent.
