BRUSSELS EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton will discuss the continuation of the Kosovo dialogue with President Tomislav Nikolic and Kosovo PM Hashim Thaci. This will take place during the UN General Assembly session, Ashton's spokeswoman Maja Kocijanic told Tanjug. Robert Cooper, who served as EU Facilitator to the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, will not perform the duty any more, as he retired from the position on September 1, Kocijancic said. There is a possibility though that Cooper could engage in the negotiating process, but in a different role than it was the case so far, Tanjug learned from an official at the European Commission, who preferred to remain anonymous.
