Russian MFA: Kosovo remains quasi-state

MOSCOW The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs says Kosovo remained a quasi-state even after the decision of the International Steering Group to end its work. Since the ISG does not have internationally recognized status, we hold that regardless of the decision it has made, Kosovo remains, as it has been, a quasi-state which does not have international legal subjectivity, said Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
