BELGRADE A session of the Democratic Party (DS) Presidency started in the party headquarters in Belgrade on Friday, B92 has learnt. B92 has also learnt that the DS Vojvodina Board has requested that the election assembly be held on October 14. DS Presidency meeting underway in Belgrade The DS Belgrade Board and Vojvodina Boards will hold meetings late on Friday. DS leader Boris Tadic, Political Council President Dragoljub Micunovic, deputy leaders Dusan Petrovic, Bojan Pajtic, Dragan Sutanovac and Dragan Djilas as well as Borislav Stefanovic and Miodrag Rakic are attending the meeting. Jelena Trivan resigned as a DS deputy leader earlier on Friday. A crisis in the DS started shortly after the presidential and parliamentary elections when the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS) decided to form the government with the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and United Regions of Serbia (URS).
