PRISTINA Representatives of the EU and Kosovo have reached an agreement on EULEX’s mandate after the end of Kosovo’s supervised independence, Kosovo media report. According to them, the main difference compared to the agreement that was presented to the Kosovo public is that EULEX’s mandate can be extended after July 15, 2014 when the supervised independence should end. “EU, Kosovo reps reach agreement on EULEX mandate" It was originally planned that EULEX’s mandate would expire on July 15, 2014.
