BELGRADE Serbian Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic has announced an urgent formation of a working group that will analyze the network of courts and prosecutions. “We have to determine the shortcomings in the work of the existing network so as to create conditions for the implementation of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia,” he said for Radio and Television of Serbia, adding that the negative consequences of the justice system pseudo-reform are still present. Minister announces analysis of judicial system The minister said that the decision of the Constitutional Court to reappoint 200 prosecutors and judges has saved face of the state of Serbia, adding that the number of employees in the justice system, who were sacked after the reform, was much higher. “Some of these 200 people do not want to reappointed, but they requested justice to be met,” Selakovic explained. When asked whether heads of the justice system will be changed, Selakovic said that everyone who worked in line with the Constitution and laws has no reason for fear, and can count on the support of the new government and the ministry.
