BELGRADE The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) "eagerly awaites the new coalition to come before parliament and offer the program of the future government". The party also said that they "will not even tolerat the protocol 100 days usually given to the new government to achieve first results, due to a big waste of time". LDP "eagerly awaits new govt. and its program" "We are eagerly waiting for the end of melodramatic and tiring negotiations on government and for the new coalition to come before the parliament and offer its program. The LDP will immediately propose concrete solutions to the most problematic parts of the government's program, especially to anachronistic economic promises without backing," an LDP statement reads. Cedomir Jovanovic's party pointed out that the government made up of the Serb Progressive Party, the SPS-PUPS-JS coalition and the United Regions of Serbia is not a new government for them, and added that it is clear they will continue to make the same mistakes the previous government made, which is why "the LDP should not be expected to tolerate the protocol 100 days usually granted to the new government, due to such waste of time". The LDP believes that, instead of general points in the coalition agreement, Serbia needs an urgent modernization, changes in the labor law, strengthening of competition, more flexible rules on employment, strengthening of the private sector, cutting subsidies and education reform. The Liberals also advocate elimination of most regulations and costs which the state uses to burden the private sector, "which finances all misconceptions and expenditures of the cumbersome state that interferes in absolutely everything, causing damage with its clumsy interventions to those who are fighting to survive on the market."
