Oliver Ivanovic says Pristina and certain international circles are using the fact that Serbia still has no new government to change the situation in the north. "The issue of the north must somehow be defined, in a political and legal sense, because the constant uncertainly we have today represents an enormous potential for minor and major incidents and further instability," warned the Ministry for Kosovo state secretary.
