Serbia and Spain’s Prosecutor's Offices will set up a joint investigative team that will exchange information and help prosecute criminal groups. This is according to Serbian State Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac. Serbia, Spain to set up joint investigative team She explained on Tuesday in Madrid that the team would focus on the groups headed by Luka Bojovic, Darko Saric and Slobodan Radulovic. After a meeting with Spanish Attorney General Eduardo Torres-Dulce, Dolovac said that the team would gather prosecutors engaged in cases both in Serbia and Spain, and in addition to the investigation of criminal acts, the possibilities for confiscation of ill-gotten gains will also be established. Dolovac told reporters that she insisted former members of the Zemun gang Bojovic, Vladimir Milisavljevic and Sinisa Petric should be tried in Serbia and added that her Spanish prosecutor had backed her appeal. Serbian Justice Minister Snezana Malovic, who also participated in the talks, said that Spanish officials expressed readiness for Bojovic and other suspects to be tried in Serbia for the crimes they committed in Spain as well, because they were charged and sentenced for the gravest criminal acts in Serbia. The justice minister conferred with her Spanish colleague Alberto Ruiz Gallardon earlier on Tuesday and they agreed that cooperation in the area should be continued and enhanced.
