Serbian police have arrested six persons suspected of involvement in the robbery of EUR 850,000, dubbed “the theft of the century” by the media.

Serbian police have arrested six persons suspected of involvement in the robbery of EUR 850,000, dubbed “the theft of the century” by the media. The robbery of the Securitas d.o.o security company took place in March of last year. Police arrested suspects Uroš Petrović (30), Nenad Kurilo (26) and four other persons.

The arrests took place on Mt. Zlatibor, western Serbia, the city of Kragujevac in central Serbia and in Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbian Minister of the Interior Ivica Dačić said.
