Serbian President Boris Tadic and Vlach National Council representatives agreed Thursday that the Vlach minority in Serbia enjoyed all rights and freedoms. Representatives of the Vlach National Council expressed satisfaction with the fact that Serbia had been granted the status of candidate country for EU membership.
