Slobodan Homen says Bosnia's Prosecution "should be asked if the decision to suspend the probe into the Dobrovoljacka St. case was made based on evidence". Unless that is the case, the Bosnian Prosecution should clarify whether the decision was politically influenced, "or came as a result of the Prosecutor's Office unpreparedness to handle crimes committed by non-Serbs", said the Serbian Justice Ministry state secretary. Homen pointed out that genuine regional reconciliation cannot be achieved unless all perpetrators of crimes are held responsible, assessing it is a shame that the Bosnia Prosecutor's Office made a decision to suspend the investigation in the Dobrovoljacka Street case. "I believe it is a shame that such a decision was made, because certain people who committed crimes will avoid criminal responsibility. All perpetrators of criminal acts should be held responsible, and all regional countries should accept that, including Bosnia," Homen pointed out.
