Govt. adopts document on crossings control Mihajlovic said the decree envisages that persons with ID's from the interim Kosovo institutions could cross the line after being issued entry and exit documents and that only these papers would be considered valid. According to him, vehicles with UNMIK-issued KS license plates may be driven in Serbia proper with a entry and exit document. The act also includes a clause stating that RKS ("Republic of Kosovo") license plates are to be switched out at the crossings and replaced with temporary ones. The decree was brought to implement a freedom of movement agreement reached in Brussels, early in July, by Belgrade and Pristina negotiators. The Serbian cabinet did not consider a decree on the integrated management of crossings on Dec. 22. "The decree about the agreement on integrated administrative crossing management is in procedure and will be considered at one of the next sessions," Mihajlovic specified.
