Movement for Changes (PZP) leader Nebojsa Medojevic has accused Montenegro’s Foreign Minister Milan Rocen of being behind the illegal cigarette trade. He said at the Montenegrin parliament that smuggled cigarettes made at least 50 percent of tobacco products on the Montenegrin market. Medojevic stated that those involved in the illegal cigarette trade earned EUR 25-30mn a year. “According to my information, the foreign minister and his people are behind the illegal cigarette trade in Montenegro,” the PZP leader stressed.
