League of Social Democrats of Vojvodina (LSV) leader Nenad Canak stated on Wednesday that Russia intends to impose pro-Russian puppet government in Serbia. He underscored that his party will fight hard in order to prevent the country from becoming anyone's province. Party: Russia wants to impose puppet govt. It is quite clear that the Russian Federation, with Ambassador Aleksandr Konuzin as its spokesman, intends to impose a pro-Russian puppet government (to Serbia) which would do all that constitutes Russia's strategic goal in the future, Canak stated at the annual press conference. The LSV leader believes that the strategic goal of Russia is to purchase Telekom Srbija telecommunications company and the Electric Power Industry of Serbia cheaply and thus integrate itself in the backbone of Serbia's system, which would make the forthcoming elections in Serbia irrelevant. This would make Serbia Russia's province, which (leader of the Serbian Progressive Party) Tomislav Nikolic and individuals similar to him dream of, Canak said and underscored that LSV will fight to prevent Serbia from becoming anyone's province.
