Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) leader Cedomir Jovanovic says "people who get killed in Kosovo are victims of a misguided political agenda". This is regardless of the reason or their nationality, Jovanovic asserted, speaking in Belgrade on Thursday. LDP leader blames political agenda for deaths "The radicalization of the political situation, isolation of northern Kosovo, roadblocks and constant conflict with the international community are raising tensions throughout Kosovo," he told a news conference. His statement was a commenton the Wednesday attack on three Serbs in Kosovska Mitrovica, which left 28-year-old Sava Mojsic dead. "That, as well as the death of a Kosovo Albanian police officer a month or two earlier, indicates how the situation in Kosovo has changed little," Jovanovic stated. "There is another reality in Kosovo that the people are entitled to," he stressed. Jovanovic also said his party was not happy with the announced resolution on Kosovo that will be debated and voted on by MPs, describing it as "the most direct attack on Serbia's pro-European future". He accused the government's document of being "based on lies", and said that neither his party, "nor all members of the ruling coalition", would support it. Cedomir Jovanovic (Tanjug)
