Nibens Group road construction companies decided on Thursday to stage protests again on October 10. Representatives of Beograd, Nis, Vranje, Kragujevac and Vojvodinaput-Backaput firms have decided to hold the protests until overdue wages are paid to the workers and until funds necessary for the functioning of the companies are provided, because, as they said, workers do not have a choice. Nibens Group owner Milo Djuraskovic and seven of his managers were arrested in May under suspicion of abuse of office from 2007 until 2010.
