A solution to the customs seal issue could be found in the next round of the Belgrade-Pristina talks, Pristina-based Albanian language daily Koha Ditore writes. According to the daily, an agreement on assigning Kosovo customs officers to the Brnjak and Jarinje administrative crossings is not expected to be reached. Kosovo government top officials told the daily that the issue of Kosovo customs officers at the two administrative checkpoints could not be discussed with Serbian representatives.

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Hajredin Kuci has stated that the dialogue and internal organization and the rule of law in Kosovo are two separate issues.

“Kosovo internal issues will not be discussed with official Belgrade. We do not talk about Kosovo’s constitutional and legal order, territory or status,” Kuci stressed.
