Belgrade and Pristina will continue their talks in Brussels on Tuesday for another round in the ongoing Kosovo dialogue. Head of the Belgrade team Borko Stefanovic expects this, fourth round of the negotiations to result in solutions to some of the least contested issues, which, in his words, would improve the life of the Kosovo residents. Belgrade, Pristina teams meet again in Brussels "We depart optimistic because we believe our proposals, especially the ones acceptable to the EU, could be worked out in more detail and be acceptable to both sides," Stefanovic told Tanjug. According to him, there is always the possibility of one side bringing up new issues that could be addressed in the next round, but this time the Belgrade team will present suggestions on how to ensure the people in Kosovo can have a normal life, which have already been worked out in detail and brought in line with the Serbian Constitution. Meanwhile, leader of the Kosovo Albania team Edita Tahiri said Belgrade was trying to give the talks "a political nature", and claimed the sides had agreed when the dialogue started that it would concern only technical issues. But Stefanovic said this was "absolutely incorrect", saying no such agreement was reached. "It is also not true this was set as a precondition for the dialogue by anyone. That Pristina should interpret it that way, and try to secure its position terminologically is understandable, but that's not true. We have no limitations and we're ready to talk about anything." he was quoted as saying. Pristina sources state that two new topics are going to be on the agenda, besides the earlier ones, and they are cultural heritage and the truth about missing persons. According to some sources, the focus of this round will be on some earlier topics, such as the general register, cadastre, telecommunications, energy, customs seals, freedom of movement and education.
