A delegation of the Serbian parliament will take part Monday and Tuesday in the fifth inter-parliamentary meeting with the European Parliament (EP) in Brussels. It will focus on Serbia's progress in European integration, the Serbian parliament said in a statement Monday. Parliamentary delegation to attend meeting at EP The meeting will center on political cooperation, rule of law, the judiciary, the parliament's monitoring role, changes in electoral legislation, the implementation of the Vojvodina statute, the economy, the social impact of the economic crisis and regional cooperation, reads the statement. After the meeting, the heads of the Serbian and EP delegations, Laslo Varga and Eduard Kukan, are expected to adopt a joint statement.
