He announced that by the end of the week a decision will be made whether the reshuffle will be realized through personnel changes or by a cut in the number of ministries. PM on changes in cabinet, criticism Cvetkovic stated for the Belgrade-based magazine Ekonomist that the decision to dismiss former minister of economy Mladjan Dinkic was the right one, and that otherwise, “there would be no government.” When asked about Dinkic's claims that all decisions are made by Serbian President Boris Tadic, including the decision on his dismissal, Cvetkovic said that this is an attempt to discredit him. The prime minister said that the government reshuffle is the preferable solution, but that it is uncertain whether it will be accepted by the coalition partners, and whether it may be realized in a short term. According to him, the reduction in the number of ministries would be more efficient, although the merging could include the departments which are headed by different coalition partners and thus result in changes of coalition agreement, the Law on the Government and the budget. Cvetkovic also said that he has made serious efforts in location and arrest of the two remaining Hague fugitives Ratko Mladic and Goran Hadzic, adding that he wants to establish full cooperation with the Hague Tribunal.
