The Gracanica Health Center emergency services today held a "150 seconds protest", said reports. This was to mark the number of days since the Kosovo Albanian authorities cut off telephone service provided by Belgrade-based Telekom, Telenor and Vip operators to the Serb communities south of the Ibar River.
