The Serbian embassy in Tunisia provided transport for eight Macedonian tourists, who arrived in Belgrade late on Sunday. The Macedonians joined Serbian citizens who were evacuated on a Jat Airways plane sent by the Serbian MFA, the Macedonian media are reporting today. Serbia flies Macedonians out of Tunisia The Macedonians will travel home from Belgrade with the help of the Serbian MUP, said reports. A total of 15 Macedonian tourists were in Tunisia, when violent clashes have erupted in recent days. Since Macedonia does not have an embassy in Tunisia, the Serbian embassy helped with the evacuation. The Serbian ambassador said on Monday that several Bulgarian and Croatian citizens also asked to be taken back to Europe on the second Jat Airways plane, that is expected to depart for Belgrade this afternoon.

The Macedonians will travel home from Belgrade with the help of the Serbian MUP, said reports.

A total of 15 Macedonian tourists were in Tunisia, when violent clashes have erupted in recent days.

Since Macedonia does not have an embassy in Tunisia, the Serbian embassy helped with the evacuation.
