According to a survey conducted by the Politikum agency, Serbians have most confidence in Boris Tadic – 27 percent, daily Blic reports. Tomislav Nikolic, leader of the opposition Serb Progressive Party (SNS), came in second with 21.4 percent - 5.6 percent less than the leader of the ruling DS and Serbian president. Tadic most popular, poll says Vojislav Kostunica of the opposition Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) is in the third with 6.5 percent, followed by Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) leader Cedomir Jovanovic with 6.1 percent and Aleksandar Vucic (SNS) with 5.3 percent, writes Belgrade's daily Blic. According to the same poll, however, with 28.6 percent support SNS holds a tight lead over the Democratic Party (DS) which is supported by 27 percent of voters. The third most popular party is the Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), followed by LDP, the agency found. The Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) and SerbRadical Party (SRS) might pass the five percent threshold in future elections, unlike G17 Plus, according to the survey.
