KFOR Commander Erhard Buehler on Thursday visited Serb returnees to the Kosovo village of Zac, mainly populated by ethnic Albanians. The Serb returnees have been living in tents since last summer, expecting to move into their newly-built homes. Kosovo police (KPS) said that they apprehended all perpetrators.
