Leader of the European Movement of Serbs Radmila Trajkovic says the Serbian government had "nothing against" some Serbs voting in Kosovo. Trajkovic said she had formed a ticket for the Kosovo elections, which includes members of all parties whose headquarters are in Belgrade. The European Parliament's rapporteur for Serbia, Jelko Kacin, said in Belgrade that he advocates the Serbs' voting in the elections, adding that Serb representatives are needed in all bodies of authority in Kosovo.
