A high ranking official of the Liberal-Democratic Party (LDP) has told B92 that Serbs in Kosovo should take part in the forthcoming elections. Vesna Pesic also stated that a majority of Serbs want to do that. LDP official: Serbs should participate The elections, set to take place on Dec. 12, are organized by the authorities in Pristina, and the government in Belgrade is yet to make a stand on the issue. But Pesic says that unless Serbs participate, they will be punished the most because they will be politically isolated.
