Opposition parties to form coalition

Velimir Ilic said that his party would make a pre-election coalition with Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) and every other party which wanted changes. Leader of New Serbia (NS) Velimir Ilic invited Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) to join them. Opposition parties to form coalition The NS leader explained that his party would make a cooperation agreement with the SNS and that the two parties would prepare for the elections together. “I hope that DSS will also slowly come to us because all of us who are in favor of changes must be a strong team with a good program and must be a good alternative to a bad government,” Ilic pointed out. He stressed that he believed that all parties which wanted changes would join the coalition. “A strong coalition with clearly defined program that people will exceptionally trust should be made. We will offer a program which will be tied to some period of time and people will know exactly what to expect,” the NS leader concluded.
