Milorad Dodik said that Bosnia is an "impossible state" and that he saw no possibility it could survive in its present form. "Bosnia is an impossible country, many of you know that better than I do. It has no common history. It has a history of divisions", the prime minister of the country's Serb entity, RS, was quoted as saying. RS PM: Bosnia "impossible" state "The people who live there have no common international holidays except for New Year's Day and Victory Day on May 9”, Dodik said. Dodik, who is running for president in the RS elections on October 3, said that crumbling of the political scene in the RS must be avoided and added that the foreigners' had a problem with the “concentrated political power in the RS”. "I am convinced a day will come for the Serbian people to decide on their status in a referendum, the status of the RS within Bosnia. I do not have to tell to you much, you can imagine what that might be", Dodik said. He added that RS came to grips with the "fallacy of the good will of the international factor," which has, according to him, implemented the Dayton agreement at the expense of the Serbian people. "Legally speaking, the mission of the international community was its illegal presence, legal and political violence of international factors via the High Representative who passed 800 unlawful decisions, approximately 200 of which were the imposed laws that directly interefered in the political system and the allocation of responsibilities," Dodik said. In relation to the Srebrenica genocide, Dodik said that "the expansion and promotion of what happened in Srebrenica" is a way to preserve the stereotype of the guilt of the Serbian people. "A few months ago, we presented unmistakable piece of evidence that the list of 8,000 Bosniaks allegedly murdered in Srebrnica, whose names are at the marble tombstone in Potocari, contains at least 500 names of the living people, a clear proof of falsehood", Dodik said. He added that the list also contained names of people who had died away from Srebrenica or had been killed or died in that area before. Dodik said that the original Dayton agreement was "significantly devastated", which is the root cause of the current imbalance and divisions within Bosnia. He added that the RS did not contest the original nine competencies in Bosnia, but did object to everything else that had been done in regard to the transfer of power, which was concentrated in the Muslim-controlled Sarajevo. Dodik said that the foreigners pushed for constitutional changes, but that the Serbs had a right to oppose to these changes. "The priority of our national politics is the restoration of the competencies that were taken away from us", Dodik said at the meeting held by the Association of Serbs from Bosnia and Croatia on the position of the RS and Serbs in Croatia and Bosnia.
