The Higher Prosecution in Belgrade received charges filed by Delta Star against Smiljka Mileusnic-Adzic, Milka Forcan and Zvezdan Cosic. According to the prosecution, all of the charges would be investigated, after which the public would be informed of the decisions made regarding the case. Ex-Delta Holding manager sued The prosecution has 30 days to react to the charges. Forcan is a former top-level manager at Serbia's largest private company, Delta Holding, owned by Miroslav Miskovic. Media have in the last several days speculated that Miskovic might file a lawsuit against his former associate.
