Deputy Prime Minister Bozi­dar Djelic said that EUR 20mn would be set aside to get Serbia's most successful experts to return to the country. This money was taken from a favorable credit deal coming from the European Investment Bank, Djelic said, adding that the first wave of returns must be successful.
