A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Simeon Vilovski, after he was found inaccessible to the Serbian legislative bodies.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Simeon Vilovski, after he was found inaccessible to the Serbian legislative bodies. This is according to a statement made by High Court spokesperson Dusica Ristic in Belgrade on Tuesday. Warrant out for bishop's assistant Ristic said that the warrant was issued b the High Court and that a decision was adopted for implementing an investigation against Vilovski and determining a period of custody for him. Two days ago, an investigation began against the Director of the Rade Neimar Eparchy Center, Predrag Suboticki, who is currently in custody. Suboticki and Vilovski were suspected of illegally taking EUR 350,000 that was meant to be used for reconstructing monasteries in Kosovo. SPC Eparchy of Raska-Prizren Bishop Artemije was suspended from his duties earlier this month over the case.

Ristić said that the warrant was issued b the High Court and that a decision was adopted for implementing an investigation against Vilovski and determining a period of custody for him.

Two days ago, an investigation began against the Director of the Rade Neimar Eparchy Center, Predrag Subotički, who is currently in custody.

Subotički and Vilovski were suspected of illegally taking EUR 350,000 that was meant to be used for reconstructing monasteries in Kosovo.

SPC Eparchy of Raška-Prizren Bishop Artemije was suspended from his duties earlier this month over the case.
