Leaders of the opposition SNS and NS parties Tomislav Nikolic and Velimir Ilic on Monday in downtown Belgrade campaigned for early elections. They were joined by opposition DSS deputy leader Nenad Popovic, and stated that the three parties were united in the request for the holding of early parliamentary elections. He added that so far around one million signatures have been collected. Asked about the creation of a pre-election coalition, Ilic said that this issue will be discussed, that these parties are now firmly united, and that currently the most important matter is that the people are united as well in the request to hold elections.
