Serbian Justice Minister Snezana Malovic has sent an invitation to her Montenegrin counterpart Miras Radovic to hold a meeting in Belgrade on Feb. 25. Her cabinet announced today that the meeting will focus on problems that are burdening cooperation between the two countries' justice institutions. Justice minister invites Montenegrin counterpart Considering that Serbia is seeking the arrest of a number of persons suspected of hiding in Montenegro, the meeting will also be attended by Serbia's Organized Crime Prosecutor Miljko Radisavljevic and State Prosecutor Zagorka Dolovac, the statement said. Their Montenegrin opposite numbers have also been invited. Earlier in the day, the Montenegrin justice minister stated for the media in Podgorica that the meeting with Malovic had been postponed until further notice "on Belgrade's request". The meeting was first announced in the wake of disagreements over a high profile drug case, involving Darko Saric, who Serbia suspects was the organizer of a huge cocaine smuggling operation. Montenegrin police have denied that Saric was hiding in that country.
