Vojislav Seselj stated before the Hague Tribunal that Zeljko Raznatovic, aka Arkan, had “shot 20 Muslim civilians“ in April 1992 in Zvornik. During the cross-examination of the prosecution’s protected witness, Seselj suggested that members of Raznatovic’s paramilitary unit had also committed other crimes that he himself has accused of by the Hague Tribunal.
