New traffic law "working", says minister

Ten days into the implementation of Serbia's new Road Traffic Safety Law, the number of deaths from traffic accident is dramatically lower. This is according to Infrastructure Minister Milutin Mrkonjic, who told state broadcaster RTS late on Sunday that the figure was "two times lower compared to the same period in 2010".
