Dutch to unfreeze interim agreement?

Serbia has managed to come within reach of unfreezing of the Interim Trade Agreement, Belgrade daily Blic writes. The trade deal is a part of the Stabilization and Association Agreement (SAA), which the Netherlands has been blocking demanding Serbia's full cooperation with the Hague Tribunal. Serbian officials are unofficially saying that the Dutch Foreign Minister Maxime Verhagen’s announced visit to Belgrade represents "more reason for optimism", and expect "the SAA to be unfrozen", and by a "unanimous decision of the EU presidents or prime ministers at the EU summit on December 10".
