New Serbia to submit amendments for statute

New Serbia (NS) Vice President Dubravka Filipovski said that the party will be submitting amendments for the Vojvodina statute draft. She said that NS believes that the statue being proposed is unconstitutional. Another science academy is introduced, and authorities are transferred legally, having the Serbian government finance another country on its territory,” Filipovski said. She said that the amendments will be submitted once debate of the statute begins on Tuesday, even though she does not believe that the amendments will be able to change the essence of the act. Filipovski said that the best thing to do would be to pull the statute draft from procedures, but the ruling coalition has no intention of doing so.
