  1. "This kind of comments really make me sick. Hague is really interested to hear the truth of Van der Serbia when there are more than 8000 truth's.
Karadzic and his soliders are responsible for the biggest crime against the humanity in Europe after the WWII and yet people like van der Serbia have a stomach to defend him.
I would like to wish luck to country that hold people like Vander Serbia
    (Olf, 6 November 2009 12:24) ..."

    >>> Olfy the boy, before you decide to "get sick" and before you plaster me full with your pretentious qualifications I would love to remind you that Karadzic can enlighten, with his testimonies, the mosaic of the happenings-atrocities of the almost 4 years of that civil war which would then help the the idea of the universal truth and (justice) and help some willing minds understand better the courses of the modern history, even if it all will happen on that Kangaroo court.

Just for you, and of course before you get sick, this may be the new light as well:

BBC - Secrecy still shrouds Srebrenica

Hopefully now...you may manage to get idea what I am speaking about...
...and of course I don't expect thanking for this little share of knowledge I just have offered to your mind.

  2. But is this important at all for the Kangaroo court and maybe the idea is actually exactely the opposite = not to discover the full truth and nothing but the truth concerning Bosnia civil War and Srebrenica?

    >>> Though you may be having reasonable doubt, may I remind you robert(o) that Karadzic is not guilty until proven different.

As long as everybody scream in one voice "he is guilty" there is NO chance that he receives fair trail and for us - The World (including frisco) more importantly to discover the final details concerning that civil war.

  4. # Postponed until march. This is precisely the kind of behaviour the Serbs have come to expect from the international community. Now Karadzic will think he has "outsmarted" the international system again.

He did not postpone the massacring of 8,000 young men, not one minute.

no, nick ks, he did NOT postpone the genocide -- he ordered it, and we let him and his all-too-willing executioners carry it out, then we all cried crocodile tears. don't get me started. but he'll never have freedom outside a prison cell, which is just where he belongs, since the civilized world has outlawed capital punishment. and unlike slobo, he will NOT be allowed (facilitated) to re-persecute his victims. wasn't that a nearly 5 year sickening spectacle, which will one day be turned into a very powerful film. hopefully.

and now, when did they say mladic was being delivered to his cell??

thanks nick. nice to have pals in these treacherous waters.

  5. Amazing how some think they know everything. Didn't know all conspiracy theorists gathered here.
    (Ptoleme, 6 November 2009 03:52)
  6. He will NEVER finish the trail set out before him. The Hague will be humiliated just as Milosevic did....

Pity as most of us Serbs wish to have had Milosevic HUNG!

Rade - well, the "jury" is still out...no pun intended....

  7. This is all just wasted effort if you ask me. By the time Karadžić gets to trial this NATO court will be closed. Assuming he's still alive, what will they do with him then?
    (Zoran, 5 November 2009 21:52)
  8. you cannot put someone on trial with 1.3 million documents that you changed up to one week before trial?
This is just a monkey court.

  9. Well, where and why do we have Hague Kangaroo Court rushing?
In the swift and fast conviction without facts established?

From the May, 2009 when Karadzic(and his team of 6 legal workers) have received one million and five hundred thousands pages of "charges", they are trying to prepare Defense. It means that if the Kangaroo trial was about to start now, in the mid of November, they had to go through more the 8000 pages a day of "prosecution" material. In addition Karadzic defense will have more then 700.000 pages which adds 4000 pages a day in preparing his Defense.

As well Karadzic received final version of prosecution charges against him only two weeks before November's beginning of that Kangaroo trail.

Even if the man does not know a single A about legal cases it is clear that Karadzic did not have even a slight chance for even a partial preparation for this case.

    So, why this rush?
As known, Kangaroo court will not be closed at least till after the Karadzic trail is over, no matter how long it may last, and Karadzic himself is only 64 and nutritionist, so there is no realistic chance for his death in the course of the trial?

It is obvious that Kangaroo court is under political pressure (US and Dutch) to convict Karadzic ASAP, so that the pressure on Serbia can continue regarding unresolved issues or whatsoever another possible reason can be.

March 2010 for the trial to continue is compromise, and saving the face by Kangaroo trial, giving Karadzic another 3,5 months(instead of 10 he asked for).
Additionally decision to introduce Defense Attorney shows their determination to convict Karadzic whatever it costs and again with the idea, ASAP.

As it looks like no chance for fair trail and more importantly chance to establish the fact of Bosnia's civil war, back in 90-s.
