Serbian police (MUP) in Belgrade have arrested a suspect allegedly involved in the murder of French national Brice Taton, it was announced.
The suspect was identidied as 31-yeae-old Stepa P., a resident of Belgrade.
Brice Taton was a fan French football who died on September 29 from serious injuries inflicted by hooligans before the match of the Partizan-Toulous Europa League match in Belgrade two weeks earlier.
After the attack the police arrested 11 suspects. The oldest was 27, while the others were 18 to 22 years old.
Ten of those arrested have been charged with aggravated murder and in custody while, while the remaining suspect is accused of helping the perpetrators after the act.
After today's arrest, one more suspect in the case remains at large. |
