  3. MikeC,

I agree that this things happen all over the world even more than they are documented, but for every argument here you say oh its not wrong you did it too.

I have a lot of hope that Serbia will remove it self from this type of politics that exists from Old Yugolavia I am better I am Croatian, Or I am Serbian.

My Point is that you Compare your self to Albania and if this what makes you happy then great but I thought you want to measure yourself with someone higher this is what we were thought in school.

I have one Question for you if u dont mind:

Can you please tell me as outsider is Kosovo going to go under Serbia all of it and what will happen to Albanian population, If its a wrong question sorry just I have asked my friends and would like to understand your point as well.

If you paid attention to what I wrot I was comparing Serbia to Albania. Its not a fair comparison but still. Of course Serbia can not measure up to Western standards, yet. However, like I said, compared to Albania Serbia is Switzerland with suggar on top.

"Democracy we know very well we seen it on TV killing tourists in Belgrade"

Oh please, let's not go there.

"American tourist drugged, killed in Italy"

"A British tourist driving in Florida was shot to death"

"German Tourist Killed by Miami Thieves After Losing Way From Airport"

You see! This doesn't just happen in Serbia. If Albania had any tourists at all you would have this problem too.

  5. Mike C,

yes its a loan that you have to pay back. As for Democracy we know very well we seen it on TV killing tourists in Belgrade.

You can sell this to some naive person who has never visited Serbia.

I have been there and I tell you its poor and outside Belgrade its even worst.

you have huge public sector just to keep people from streets.

Sorry for my language to be so strong but you seem very strong when u speak about most things.

As well Tell me one thing Serbia has to import:

GUN's u cant even ship one bullet from Zastava without ok from usa and if you dont believe me ask someone.

Cars what average salary is 400Euros I had 2 Serbian roomates in college and i keep in touch so please stop with old yogo stuff

  6. challenges....whats Serbia's excuse? The Serbian kingdom peaked in the 14th century and its 2009 right now and they are begging for loans. If thats progress then I dont want to see what regression is.
    (Mike, 4 November 2009 16:53)

Can someone give me any help on this, per ex a translation or in which century we live...
    (The Swiss, 4 November 2009 22:31)
  7. Mike, or should I say kosovo-usa?

You can't compare Serbia and Albania. Its like comparing Somalia and Russia.
Serbia is everything Albania wants to be, prosperous, democratic, successful at sports etc. Albania is....nothing! Albanians haven't been able to make anything of their country and they have had all the time in the world. How come?
    Is it Milosevics fault?

Serbia is not lending this money. Its simply getting back for the damages caused during the bombings.
    (MikeC, 4 November 2009 19:22)
  8. Serbia or any of its supporters are in no position to comment on their neighbors acceptance of loans. Serbia has already drawn 788 million euro from the original IMF loan. Now they are about to accept a 2nd and 3rd installment of 2.9 billion. Looks like Kosovo and Serbia are neck and neck in the accepting of loans. However, Kosova is 1 year old so its understandable that there will be some challenges....whats Serbia's excuse? The Serbian kingdom peaked in the 14th century and its 2009 right now and they are begging for loans. If thats progress then I dont want to see what regression is.
