Visa regime-related meeting on Friday

The European Commission report on the progress of Serbia towards visa liberalization will be presented to Serbian government officials in Brussels on Friday. According to Belgrade daily Blic, after that meeting, it will be known what the European Commission exactly expects from Serbia in order to fulfill the remainder of the criteria needed for visa liberalization. Depending on when the decision for abolishing visas is expected, Serbia will see how much work it has to do and how quickly it must work. According to the newspaper, the EU expects that Serbia will make an all-inclusive database for suspected terrorist activity.
