A new law on the Diaspora and the Serbs in the region will for the first time arrange and precisely define their relationship with the homeland, say officials. Minister for the Diaspora Srdjan Sreckovic told B92 TV that the Assembly of the Diaspora and the Serbs in the Region will play a central role in this. Ties with Diaspora to be "overhauled" This institution will have the country's president and representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, Serbian Orthodox Church and other important national and cultural institutions among its members.
