Hashim Thaci says that "Kosovo's institutions will on Thursday organize a magnificent welcome" for U.S. VP Joseph Biden. "We will organize a magnificent welcome of the citizens of Pristina in honor of the visit of the U.S. vice president, who is a friend of our people," said Thaci, who heads the Kosovo Albanian government in Pristina.
