Man arrested for swindling Roma

The Serbian police (MUP) in Belgrade says its officers have arrested a man believed to have set up a fraudulent scheme. His victims were the Roma in an illegal New Belgrade settlement, known as Belville, whose ramshackle homes were removed last month.
