Brammertz: More work to apprehend fugitives

Chief Hague Prosecutor Serge Brammertz says important results have been achieved in the past six months, but that there is "still work in store". He was referring to the ongoing efforts to capture the remaining two indictees still at large - Ratko Mladic and Goran Hadzic. The plans of operation were discussed with colleagues in Belgrade during his previous visit, the prosecutor revealed. Based on that, Brammertz said, he concluded that planning and coordination among the security services had improved, but that there is still much work ahead. He also said that he could not speak publicly about the details of the activities that are under way in a bid to locate Mladic and Hadzic.
