U.S. in trade benefits for Kosovo

U.S. President George Bush says his country will allow some trade benefits for Kosovo and Azerbaijan. However, similar measures will be eliminated for Mauritania. Mauritania, however will as of Jan. 1 be removed from the list, "for failure to make progress toward establishing the rule of law and political pluralism".
