The Serb Radical Party (SRS) has accused President Boris Tadic of “willfully, outwith parliament’s decision” changing state policy on Kosovo. The SRS states that Tadic’s policies are aimed “redrawing state borders”. SRS: Tadic acting "willfully" over Kosovo The Radicals criticized Tadic over his calls for the U.S. to take part in the “illegal EULEX mission” to Kosovo, as the U.S., the SRS states, “was the main promoter of breaking up Serbia and creating the phantom state of Kosovo.” “It’s completely clear that the president is undermining the state’s territorial integrity through his harmful and unconstitutional changes to score cheap political points with the West.” Tadic recently announced the possibility of Brussels and Belgrade agreeing over the deployment of the EULEX mission in Kosovo and for the agreement to be confirmed by the UN. He said that it was not true that EULEX’s arrival would mean the end of Serbia in Kosovo, stating that the EU mission was acceptable to Belgrade on three conditions: for the mission to be present in the province with a UN Security Council decision, for it to be status neutral, and for it not to apply the Ahtisaari Plan.
